ClubCentral Troubleshooting
- Generate a new set of credentials to login with
- If you are using the ClubCentral application and you know the email address associated
with your
member account:
- Navigate to the Add New User screen and select Email Me My
Credentials.
- If you are using another device, or the internet browser on your mobile device, and can
sign into
ForeTees using your member account:
- Navigate to the settings page within ForeTees.
- Click the Generate Password button near the bottom of the page.
- If neither of these methods work, contact your golf shop staff about generating your credentials
- Once your new credentials have been generated, open the ClubCentral application and return
to the home screen of the app
- Tap on your club's logo in the upper left corner of the screen
- Tap the trash can icon next to the user/club that is not working to remove it
- Now, at the login screen, enter the new set of credentials that were generated in
step 1.
